Building on the success of our previous programme, we have redesigned the project to include:
- 12 IT and Basic Spoken English Sessions: These will cover essential skills, such as using Microsoft Word and managing daily needs online, including making GP appointments and handling prescriptions via NHS apps. The English classes will help women develop conversational skills to boost confidence in everyday communication.
- 12 Healthy Cooking Sessions: These will promote healthy eating habits, focusing on low salt, spices, and oil, and will include “cook-and-taste” experiences to encourage practical learning.
- 12 Freehand Exercise Sessions: These will provide freehand exercises, guidance on healthy living, and tips for managing long-term conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.
